The Norwegian instructor of Shotokan karate sensei Sven Darflot 4^th Dan, visited our Dojo for a few trainings during his holidays on our island, with his wife Mrs. Anngunn Flatebo Darflot, a karateka also with brown belt 1st Kyu.
Sensei Sven teach at Nippon Dojo in Norway. He started karate from the 80s. He is a very disciplined karateka, with obvious signs of love in Shotokan karate. He have dynamic and explosive techniques, but he have a little strength ..... in heat! Anngunn was a little bit nervous at the beginning, but soon she managed to finish the training despite the annoying heat! Thank you very much, both of you, honored our Dojo with your presence.
